The landings have been thoughtfully adorned with this beautiful material, creating a seamless and contemporary look. Moving into the heart of the home, the kitchen walls feature Richlite sustainable panels, adding a touch of elegance and eco-consciousness to the space. The bespoke kitchen fronts further enhance the uniqueness of this area, allowing for a personalized touch that is both functional and stylish. The rear extension is a true architectural marvel, with its handmade bricks that exude charm and character. The coloured Concrete Lintels bring a pop of colour and a modern flair to the exterior, making it a standout feature of the house.

Every detail has been carefully considered, including the bespoke made on-site doors that effortlessly blend with the overall aesthetic. The Ash Wood Flooring throughout the staircase adds a touch of sophistication, while the bespoke tiling in the bathroom and loft shower room showcases exquisite craftsmanship. Derby Road

We collaborated with the Channel 4 programme Love it or List it, which is something we’ve done with a number of other projects as well. We love for everyone to see how our process unfolds.

In the Series 5, Episode 6 segment which was shot in Woodford, London, Keeley and Terence’s family of five wanted to have their three-bed, one-bath house transformed into a 4-bedroom house – complete with a brand new rear extension and full internal reconfiguration. This meant adding an additional bath as well as an extra toilet downstairs, a new kitchen area, dining area, living room and home office quarters.

The finished project was stunning, to say the least – with a luxurious kitchen area, a spacious and cosy living room that features solid Oakwood flooring, making those afternoon tea sessions all the more satisfying.
